Planning

The Association monitors planning applications and makes representations to Three Rivers District Council (TRDC) if they contravene stated Planning Policies or set precedents which are considered detrimental to the existing residential character of the area. It is not part of this function to make representations on matters that affect only immediately adjoining properties. The Association also monitors the overt use of residential premises for commercial purposes and draws the attention of TRDC to any apparent contraventions of the relevant local regulations.
